Holding heart in hand

Every moment is so special everything you say is so sweet, 
I'm the happiest person when I'm with you,you make me say the weirdest things. 
You get me and I get you,we know each other so well, 
and when I'm feeling really down its like you the only one that can make me smile. 
I think about you everyday,I miss you when we apart. 
But I just want to say one thing, 
please don't ever break my heart.
