Waiting for your one true love - Thought for the day

           The BIBLE says:

           ‘Wait on the Lord;

           Be of good courage,

          And He shall strengthen your heart;

            Wait, I say, on the Lord! ‘Psalm 27:14

The game of 'Love' is tricky.  We all know that we're meant to spend our lives with someone special and perfect for us and yet we just never know when we'll find him/her, if we already have and if we ever will.

Life is full of surprises and completely unpredictable. 

We never do know how it will play out, what's meant to be or where we will end up, but why waste your time and energy stressing or worrying about something you ultimately have no control over? It's pointless. 

The BIBLE also says:

 'Who of you by worrying can add a single moment of time to his life' – Matthew 6:27. 

This is flat out telling us that we shouldn't worry about things we can't change. No matter how much we worry or stress we can't predict the future or see where we will be in the next few years: who we will be with or what choices to make. 

This means we should just live life. 

God knows what and who is best for you and if you trust Him, believe in Him and leave Him to have full reigns on your life, He will make sure that you end up with that perfect person who's being made and moulded just for you. 

Patience is a virtue! So wait upon the Lord and you won't regret it.
